▶ Corvette 63–82 Trailing Arm Rebuilding
We inspect your core, clean the parts, and powder coat the trailing arm. We reassemble it with Mobil 1 synthetic grease, new Timken bearings, races and seals set to specification, a stainless parking brake kit, parking brake shoes, cable guide, spring cup, dust shield, and front bushing. We machine the spindle and install new wheel studs.
We true the spindle face to the bearing journals to help a good rotor run true. New rotors and rotor indexing are available. We can rebuild your arm or provide a reconditioned exchange unit. Exchange cores must be rebuildable and returned within 30 days. See the core policy for details.

▶ Corvette 63–79 Differential Rebuild
We clean and inspect the components, then rebuild with a new American-made ring and pinion, Timken bearings, new seals, a Posi clutch pack, and a new center pin. Contact us about rebuilding your own differential or a 1963–1964 unit. Exchange orders may include a refundable core charge; see the product page and core policy.

▶ Corvette 80–82 Differential Rebuild
We clean and inspect the components, then rebuild with a new gear set, Timken bearings, new seals, a Posi clutch pack, and a new center pin. Contact us if you need a different gear ratio or want us to rebuild your own core. Exchange orders may include a refundable core charge; see the product page and core policy.

▶ Corvette Control Arms
We rebuild upper and lower control arms, powder coat the cores black, and install new bushings and ball joints. Standard ball joints are riveted; Moog ball joints are available as an option. You can send us your own arms for rebuilding or choose in-stock exchange units. Rebuildable exchange cores must be returned within 30 days; see the core policy.

▶ Corvette 63–82 Rear Wheel Bearing Assembly with Parking Brake
We rebuild your core with a new dust shield, Timken bearings, seals, parking brake shoes, and hardware. The mounting studs are reversed for easier installation. Reconditioned exchange assemblies are also available. Exchange orders may include a refundable core charge; see the product page and core policy.

▶ Corvette Front Spindle Service, 1965–1982
We disassemble the units, media blast the cast parts, and inspect and clean the wheel bearings. We replace the wheel seals and front wheel studs, repack the bearings with Mobil 1 synthetic grease, and install new front splash shield gaskets and the correct year and color front brake shields. We finish the cast parts with a protective coating and reassemble the units so they are ready to install. Replacement wheel bearings are available separately.
